Jesus told us to "love the Lord with all of our heart and all of our soul and all of our strength." He told us to "love your neighbor as you love yourself." We believe it is just that simple. And we show God that we love Him as we show love to others.

ABOUT GOD

God is the one and only true God, yet He exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

God is the Creator. Everything belongs to Him and is under His control.

God is Holy. He is righteous, majestic, and loving.

God is knowing and purposeful. He is at work to bring about His will.

No person, thing, or idea compares to God.

ABOUT SCRIPTURE

God reveals Himself to us through the Bible.

It is accurate, reliable, and authoritative.

ABOUT PEOPLE

People are made in God's image and for His pleasure.

Everyone falls short of God's intentions, or ideal for people. In other words everyone has sin.

As a result we are separated from Him, even though He wants us to be in an intimate relationship with each of us.

ABOUT SALVATION

Jesus, God's son, came and lived on the Earth, died and rose again.

God offers His free gift of salvation to all who place their faith in Jesus as their Savior. This is the only way to be forgiven and reconciled to God. Anyone who does this is adopted as a son or daughter into God's family and will live with Him forever.

OUR CORE VALUES

We draw our values from the story of the first church in the New Testament.

They were devoted to sound teaching.

They were devoted to one another.

They shared in communion.

They were devoted to prayer.

They were generous.

They were hospitable.

They were intentional about gathering together.

They were intentional about placing God in the priority position of their lives.

They were known for their joy and openness. And because of that God brought people to them.

We believe that the church should be simple. We will stay focused on our core values no matter what.
